Shipping costs and options are highlighted at the checkout stage.
These costs include all items packaged to withstand postal handling.
Smaller items may be sent out by Royal Mail recorded 1st class delivery, this option will be highlighted at checkout if available.
If shipping is not feasible due to size of item or fragility then an option for collection is available. Collection is from our storage in Hampshire.
If possible we will give the customer a number of alternative shipping options / collection where the item allows this.
With physical shipping we aim to get the item to the Royal Mail within three days of receiving cleared funds / payment.
Overseas Shipping
Channel Islands & USA
Currently we are able to ship small decorative items to the USA via Royal Mail global shipping priority. Costs for this option will be given at checkout. Costs include the custom declarations and require the customers full name and address.
Please note we are not responsible for any delays due to customs procedures or any additional charges the customer may occur in their country of residence.

Returns are only accepted on faulty or damaged goods ( see damaged items below). All items are photographed prior to being wrapped for despatch and we take no responsibility for items damaged in transit.

If the goods are received in a damaged condition then we must be informed within 24 hours of the item being unwrapped. Items that are damaged need to be returned to us so that compensation / refunds can be issued. Ww will work to ensure that all items sent out by mail are protected to withstand handling along the delivery route.

If you are looking for a certain item / items or style then please contact us as we may have some in stock and not listed on the website or we can potentially source an item for you. If we are sourcing items and you wish to procede with us acquiring the item, we require a deposit of 50 % 0f the agreed price from you prior to acquiring it nd the remaining 50% prior to despatch. For items with a value in excess of £500 we hold the right to ask for a deposit of more than 50% up front.
